Community Ramp Builders, a joint coalition consisting of Faith in Action of
Marathon County, Wausau Elks Community Ramp Builders, Structural Drafting,
Inc., and The Good News Project, has been awarded the 2009 Partners in
Caring Award from United Way of Marathon County.
This award is given to acknowledge and reward community groups working
together to address a community need. The partnership grew out of a need to
assist low-income elderly and disabled Marathon County residents with
accessing handicap ramps for their homes.
