Do you know a college student who wants to make a difference in the life of
an elderly neighbor this summer or someone who wants to meet interesting
people and add to their resume?
Faith in Action of Marathon County has unpaid internships available for
these positions:
♥ I Care Pals - Visits, light chores & errands to help seniors and adults with
disabilities. May require driving.
♥ Newsletter Assistant - Interview clients and volunteers, take pictures, write
articles for local newspapers and Faith in Action newsletter.
♥ Office Assistant - Assist in our office with special projects.
♥ Marketing Team - Assist with development of advertising materials for
the Faith in Action program. Marketing Students preferred.
Internships require an application, background check, interview and
orientation. The commitment is 5 to 10 hours per week with flexible hours.

Transportation to Medical Appointments
We are very much in need of volunteers to drive elderly neighbors to
medical appointments. Appointments are usually between 9-3pm Monday-
Friday. Volunteers are asked based on distance to the client's home and
destination. You choose how often you can you would like to donate your
time.
