Put your Faith
into Action
TODAY!
Vacuuming, dusting and mopping would be appreciated on a monthly basis.  
You set up the day and time that you are available.  Volunteer with a friend to
get the job done faster!   
Take someone out for ice cream or bring it to them.  Sit outside and enjoy the
spring weather.  Play cards or just chat.  The time you share means so much
to our elderly and disabled neighbors in need!
  • Shopping / Running Errands
Take an eldery lady to the grocery store for some shopping needs twice a  
month.
  • Snow Shoveling
interested in helping.
  • Paint a Porch (needed in Spring 2011)
2-3 volunteers are needed to paint a front porch.  With 2-3 volunteers the
job can be done in a few hours.  Do a great deed for a neighbor in need
and enjoy some spring weather at the same time!
    We frequently receive requests for help with yard work for our neighbors in
    need.  Please consider donating your time to help an older or disabled neighbor
    in our community.  Tasks include cutting grass, trimming scrubs, and raking
    leaves.

Mon - Thurs
9 am- 2 pm
  • Transportation to Medical Appointments
Take elderly neighbors to medical appointments.  Appointments are usually during
business hours on weekdays.  You decide when you are available and which
assignments you would like.
